These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph711 ("ph711," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph711 online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at ph711.net (the "Platform").

• Not be registering on behalf of any third party.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active ph711 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. ph711 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

ph711 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ph711 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph711 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph711 account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times.
• You must not use your ph711 account for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.
• You must not allow minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access your account or the ph711 Platform through your device.
• ph711 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, misused, or is being operated in violation of these Terms.

ph711 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. ph711 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph711 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• ph711 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• ph711 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• ph711 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• ph711 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms.

All transactions on the ph711 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph711 does not currently support transactions in foreign currencies.

ph711 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph711 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion. Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — toward wagering requirements.
• ph711 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

• ph711 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.

• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph711 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Creating or operating more than one ph711 account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

All content on the ph711 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of ph711 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph711 Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of ph711's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph711 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph711 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph711 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph711's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph711 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By using the ph711 Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

ph711 collects personal data for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. ph711 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and service providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph711 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

Before escalating any dispute to a regulatory body, you agree to first contact ph711's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for ph711 to investigate and respond to your complaint.
